"We felt really well in the hotel. Very spacious, all comfort, great pool. The buffet was good - I felt personally a bit overpriced. The hotel made a effort to give a discount for the kids, but there was no kids menu or price listed on the menu. "

"The location is good to take the bus and the view was awesome. The staff were good except one old lady was not friend enough. The condition is ok but the rooms don't deserve 4.5 stars. The garage parking was so dirty. Spider nets, and smell. I advise to use the uncovered parking. Because the garage is the main downside of the hotel."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Palace. It is a complex of 5-6 buildings connected with a maze of corridors. It was interesting to wander around. The pool was quite far though and it was inconvenient. The water in the whirlpool was not hot enough, so we only visited twice during our 6 day stay. Breakfast food was great and abundant. There was a way to take an elevator to one of the colonnades, but if you don't figure it out you would have to hike up the hill . I think next time I would pick something more conveniently located to the center. I was also dismayed by the amount of russian tourists in the hotel. I thought the visas were not granted during the conflict."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our very relaxing 4-day stay in Karlovy Vary (Karlsbad), La Bohemia met all of our needs: convenient location, good view, clean facilities, and close by public transportation. The included breakfast was yummy with many choices, and the crepes w/fresh strawberries were a favorite. Size of the room w/high ceilings and a balcony was nice for relaxing and enjoying the view of the river walking areas. An overall lovely stay at a nicely remodeled hotel with a sense of history. Staff is very helpful if you need assistance. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. NOTE: Hotel sits across the street from the end of the bus line making it very convenient to take a connecting bus from the main Karlovy Vary bus station. Highly recommend taking in a couples or family day at one of the locals spas (e.g. Saunya Thermal resort)."

We liked the possibility to sit and have a coffee or cocktail around the bar area with comfortable sofas and daylight. You should try the homemade "Waldschlösschen" cake! Delicious! We will definitely stay at the Parkhotel again, when we are around next time."

"Lovely stay. Was slightly confused with the parking but turned out I was able to park in the large public carpark opposite (I hope anyway). Very comfortable room with TV and fridge. Receptionist spoke very good english which was nice. Comfy bed. Good shower. Couldn’t fault it honestly, was great value too and in walking distance to the town. "

"The stuff is absolutely not interested in making stay comfortable. Checkin and checkout process are ruining all experience. plus, one of the 2 elevators doesn’t work properly making it very irritating to use. However, the location is great and overall property condition is good, a bit old but definitely good maintained."
