"The hotel is so easy to find in the center of the village, the free breakfast was great quality and a huge value. A comfortable room with a little fridge, good wifi, and a great shower. No lift/elevator, so it could be an issue for those with limited mobility, but not a problem for us."

"The location was great, but we were a bit disappointed with the extremely soft mattresses. We even asked at the reception if they had any firmer ones, but were told that the entire complex uses the same type of mattress. Breakfasts were nice, and despite the large number of guests, the staff managed to keep everything well-stocked. The wellness area was great as well, but it’s a shame that although it’s supposed to be open until 10:00 PM, the staff started rushing us out at 9:49 PM — even though it would have only taken us one more minute to leave.I was also surprised that parking is charged separately and not included in the price of the stay."

The Standard rooms are still the old rooms with no A/C where the Luxury rooms are the fully renovated, modern rooms with A/C included which are worth the upgrade. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. Sauna area as well as the whole aquapark is closed after 8pm so this might be a disadvantage for adults wishing to use sauna in the evening.
