"Located in a good area, hotel has been well worn, lobby shows signs of aging. The room was clean, nice and spacious with a beverage fridge. Shower was nice, towels were ok. Breakfast had eggs and sausage, waffles, etc. Good and quiet area. "

"The staff is so nice from checking to cleaning, &check out. The Hotel is super clean. Beds comfortable. Water pressure great & hot water. Breakfast was nice a normal hotel breakfast. Everything was great. I would definitely stay again & recommend."

"Nice room only stayed 1 night. The only complaints really is the sheets for the bed are not big enough for the bed when you put people under them. Also the soap in the bathroom had a flowery smell which in itself isnt bad but it is if you have allergies to smells like that. "
"My stay at the Embassy Suites downtown Orlanda was great. The bed was so comfortable. Housekeeping did a phenomenal job. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. I will definitely return. "
"This is a great room at a convenient location. I like the check out time being noon as it made such a difference to me in consideration of "value" because having a pool and gym are irrelevant if you dont feasible have time to use them after a flight delay. Only frustration was there was nothing about parking fees in the reservation and I felt a bit tricked as you dont have any other option once youre checked in. I dont think parking should be a charge for guest."
"Great stay near the airport. They provide shuttle service every 30mins to the airport. 24hrs. Clean linens and overall experience was good. There’s indoor and outdoor pool and pretty well kept. I put in a last minute request for my husband’s birthday surprise and they were able to accommodate the request with a birthday dessert. It was great! I would highly recommend this property if you need a place to stay near the airport. It’s a 5min drive distance.
The only downside for me was that you can hear people in the hallway walking talking from your room, pretty loudly. "

Our initial room was a bit hot and they moved us right away with no problem. The price for each night was not to expensive which was nice."

When I was checking out of the hotel my door squeaked just minorly and the chief engineer Ramon heard the door and offered Additional Hilton points for any inconvenience...
