"It was my first time staying at Element and I had such an amazing experience. From when we walked in, the front desk agent was very welcoming while training someone else. I believe her name was Ana. We were also able to check in earlier which was helpful. The valet attendants were amazing. We didn’t have a car, however they never fail to open our uber doors or help us with our bags. All the staff were very nice and attentive. The room was very clean and very nice. The bathroom was very spacious just like the bedroom. The area is very walkable and we love that we could just take a walk to the icon center in the evening for dinner, ice cream or to just check out the activities. We also love the breakfast options, especially the yogurt parfait bar. The gym is very nice, weights only go up to 50lbs. but it’s okay. Overall, we really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it."
"This property is best bang for your buck if you’re trying to experience Universal Studios, Orlando. I travelled with my wife and 2 daughter 7 and 9 years old. This was by far the best family trip we have ever had. The rooms are super clean, updated nice, staff is top notch. Water taxi right to the parks is 5 minutes and beautiful for pics etc on the way. You have to eat at the water tavern the place is well priced and the food is incredible . It’s attached to the resort! I’d only have one small complaint and that is the Dutch restaurant is quite expensive for on the go food. The pool is amazing as well.
Overall this is a 9 out of 10 for us!

My main recommendation is to order DoorDash to save money on on the go food prices and drinks. For the expense can get out of hand over 7 days! It takes 10-20 minutes to setup and order. They meet you right at the front many families did it so don’t feel odd or cheap to do it. It’s just smart plain and simple.
I highly highly recommend staying here as I said this was our best family trip ever!!"

"Aside from the room needing a slight upgrade, the bathroom smelled wet due to not having vents to remove the steam after showering, I had to go out and purchase a plug in. The hotel was nice & quiet. Excellent location to Universal, lots of amenities for a seven year old, she especially liked the ice cream parlor and splash pad. I will stay again. Bathroom needs upgrading for sure. "
"We've been staying at Rosen Pointe Orlando for years. A great value for the money. Perfect location, can walk to many entertainment places, restaurants, gift shops. The free parking and wifi is great, quite a bargain."
"Great stay near the airport. They provide shuttle service every 30mins to the airport. 24hrs. Clean linens and overall experience was good. There’s indoor and outdoor pool and pretty well kept. I put in a last minute request for my husband’s birthday surprise and they were able to accommodate the request with a birthday dessert. It was great! I would highly recommend this property if you need a place to stay near the airport. It’s a 5min drive distance.
The only downside for me was that you can hear people in the hallway walking talking from your room, pretty loudly. "
