Second room given was without any form of heating on a cold January with bedding consisting of sheet and blanket. Totally unacceptable so had to find alternative accommodation at another hotel. "This was a very nice surprise, I was expecting a much more modest accomodation. Location is wonderful, right in front of the Alcazar. Spacious room, lots of light, great view of Toledo, clean bathroom, good breakfast. This is really a great deal for the money, good for long or short stay."
