It was a bit musty and had to be constantly refilled with ice, which was a bit of a challenge to maintain. "

"Thank you Archie who went above and beyond after a 25 hour flight from Australia. Love the location although it was hard to find. Very confusing when lifts only go up to the 2nd floor outside the terminal building. This needs to be explained in the hotel description especially for those arriving outside not from a flight in Gatwick. "
