"Very safe as use a key card for the lift and main entrance after 10pm. Staff were wonderful and so friendly. Room immaculate and beds comfy. Beautiful views over the hills. Breakfast was excellent. "I was a bit disappointed with this hotel. I don’t think it was as good as other Premier Inns I’ve stayed in. The room wasn’t terribly comfortable, the sofa bed we needed definitely wasn’t. The shower was poor and while I understand that you don’t need the room cleaning everyday it’s no fun waiting at reception to ask for more loo roll! I am sorry to write a less than positive review but this hotel was not a great part of our holiday - but the lovely city made it worth it. "

The kids had their own bedroom with proper beds (separate single beds and not sofa / pullout style);
**TWO** toilets!
Clothing storage in both bedrooms including hanging space;
Free self-serve coffee in the reception area;
Plush carpet and very large couch;

There are decently sized beds, toilet facilities, car park and opposite a good 24hr shell garage and Burger King. A downside was that there was no safe available, and the bathroom lock was missing.
The rooms get very hot in the warmer seasons, there’s no air-con but there was 2 fans provided and wide-opening windows.
Overall, it has what you need if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep, but if you want more than a bed and hygiene, spend more elsewhere."
