Gefreut hatten wir uns auch auf das sehr gute Essen im Restaurant, allerdings wurde die Karte etwas eingekürzt und die Auswahl war für uns nicht wirklich passend. Daher mussten wir leider woanders Essen gehen. Im Haupthaus hatten wir Probleme mit der WiFi Verbindung, die im Nebengebäude ohne Probleme funktionierte. The check-in staff was nice but the person at checkout was very rude and argumentative. Stating that it was our fault for not knowing that there were extra fees for the sauna even though it is not stated anywhere at the hotel, on their website, on hotels.com or in any email communication and they failed to tell us this when we asked multiple times (!) about using the...

"We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key.
If I hadn't already paid for the room i would just have left.

"Selv om at The Reset slår sig op på kurophold m.v, så er det også velegnet til en almindelig slotsferie.
Slottet er under renovering, og man fornemmer at de nye ejere gør meget ud af, at alle detaljer er perfekte.
Den værelsesfløj vi boede i var færdigrenoveret, og værelset var meget stort og velindrettet med sans for de små detaljer. Til værelset var der en terrasse med udsigt over søen.
Morgenmadsbuffet blev serveret i flotte omgivelser i selve slottets festsal. Her kan man også bestille...

"Villa Ingeborg is a true gem. We didn't expect such a nice villa/hotel in Fürstenberg - a village in the countryside.
The large house is fully remodelled, and looks like it was recently done.
The hostess is super friendly and welcoming. She greeted us immedeately on our entry into her villa. Yes, she lives there.
Our room on the top floor was spotless. The bed comfortable and the sheets superb. Private shower with toiletries.
And the included breakfast! Wholly makarel. Soo good and plentiful....
