"CoolRooms Palacio de Atocha was an amazing stay. I will be staying there anytime I am in Madrid. The room was amazing, clean, and the staff was beyond helpful. My original flight was canceled after I was already at the airport, and I called the hotel back, and they were able to squeeze me into another room for an extra night! Superb customer service!!!"

"¡Una excelente opción en pleno centro de Madrid! El hotel está justo en la Puerta del Sol, lo que lo convierte en una ubicación inmejorable si quieres estar cerca de todo: tiendas, restaurantes, metro, y los principales puntos turísticos.
Lo mejor es que, para estar tan céntrico, el precio es muy razonable. Una gran relación calidad-precio.
El hotel tiene una terraza en la azotea (rooftop) maravillosa, ideal para relajarse con vistas increíbles de la ciudad. Además, en la planta baja hay una cafetería muy cómoda donde se puede tomar un buen café y algo para desayunar, perfecto para comenzar el día sin tener que ir muy lejos.
Sin duda lo recomendaría y volvería a alojarme aquí en mi próxima visita a Madrid."

This was not the case and the hotel has gone through a full renovation to have a pleasant cafe at the lobby to clean and modern decor in the rooms. Thoughtful touches throughout from the amenities to storage of your items. The location was a perfect base for my wife and I to explore Madrid by foot. Right off Gran Via and walkable to most of the major sights. "
