"Great location right next to the station, super helpful and friendly staff, very much a business style hotel but it describes itself as that so no issues for me, breakfast was set menu (japanese or western) but amazing!
Definitely on my list for staying again 👍"

"I was traveling alone and felt very safe in this hotel. Everything I needed was right outside the hotel but very quiet. Staff was great. Could leave my luggage after checkout. "
"The hotel was incredibly clean and cozy.
I especially loved the public bath — it exceeded my expectations!
It was just a bit disappointing that there was no bottled water in the room.
If there's a good price deal, I’d definitely love to come back.
Out of all the places I stayed in Fukuoka, this was the best!"
"I like good design so I just had to stay at Il Palazzo at the end of my two week trip to Kyushu. It’s stunning. The attention to detail throughout was remarkable. My room was spacious and comfortable, with pretty much everything I might need. The staff were attentive and polite.
Just one complaint - buffet lunch and dinner, which was included in the rate. It was essentially the same food, and none of it was Japanese. The desserts were pretty good, but otherwise it was a fairly limited, snacky international buffet. It could be so much better. My advice would be to have lunch at the hotel when you check in, but go out for dinner. No surprise it was busy at lunchtime and quiet in the evening. Breakfast was a different story, with a good selection of what you might expect."
"We stayed in a room with two double beds and a couch, which slept our family of five comfortably. I loved the bathroom, and the toiletries products provided! The room was quiet, clean, and had space enough to relax and be able to repack our suitcases before our flight back home to America. Staff was kind and helpful as well. We enjoyed our stay very much."
"Extremely conveniently located above Akasaka Station.
Multiple food options and also a 24hr supermarket in the vicinity.
Clean room with plenty of amenities.
Definitely recommend "
"Great stat here in Fukuoka. The hotel is within a 5 minute walk of Hakata station with plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area. It was very easy to get around. The hotel itself was comfortable- room was spacious enough for two people. The bathroom was my favorite part. There is a deep tub and the hotel provides different kids of bath salts in the lobby to choose from. I definitely took advantage of it, especially after a long day of walking. Was able to do laundry as well! Overall, would stay here again."
"Excellent hotel for family travelers. The staff are very helpful, and the location is perfect for accessing various areas in Fukuoka. The room is spacious and super clean."
"Great location and staff are always friendly. Good there is a working space if you need to get some work done. Location is great as the main street in tenjin is just one block away. "
"We absolutely enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Great breakfast and services all around! The laundry machine on-site is a huge plus and you can check the progress of your laundry at your room via TV. We would love to stay here next time when you visit Hakata."
"Would highly recommend to new comers trying to experience an exceptional hotel I definitely will be staying again in the near future. Really good dining near by, the staff friendly and professional quick to respond to any needs"
"Property and rooms were beautifully decorated.
Bathroom for the twin was large and modern
Bed was comfortable
Amenities were excellent
Right in the middle of Hakata downtown. Busy with access to food within minutes
Room service per request"
"Rooms were super cute. The staff were amazing everyone was friendly. It’s a great introduction to Japan if you’re a foreign. Some of the workers spoke English and there’s English directions all throughout the building "
