But then turned around and said someone else booked that room they did not specify on the website that they was remodeling and then they tried to charge my card for the hotel amount 😞"

"Checking in was a little rocky. The person checking us in was on the phone outside for about 10 minutes before they came in to realize we were standing there. I think we surprised him, and he fumbled the check in process. from there on it was great. "

"Quality Inn has some of the friendliest staff that I have ever encountered in a hotel anywhere. They smiled, spoke kindly, and were super helpful from the front desk to housekeeping staff. It seems like an older property that has been renovated, but it was super clean and comfortable. "

"to be brutally honest, I have walked out of better establishments. The incense smell hits you about 10 foot in front of the front door. It had the feel that its only had a minor surface clean in the last 10 years.
the shower floor was pretty nasty and the toilet wiggled about an inch side to side. towels were threadbare and holy. serious attention needs to be paid to the cleanliness and details."

"Just wanted to say yes although it is a Super 8 and they typically aren’t the best of places to spend time or stay. The Higginsville location supersedes the stereo type. Cleanliness and friendliness was beyond what I could ask for. Housekeeping showed up on time to a tee every day of my stay. And the location is perfect. I’ll definitely stay at this location on my next trip to the state "

"We had visited this property at Christmas time in 2018 and had such a warm lovely experience. It was different this time. I was told new management came in 2020. There are still Christmas trees and dusty wrapped presents on the upper landing. I did enjoy the lemon water and the breakfast was ok. It was just a different, more impersonal experience this time."
