"We stayed for five nights so our son could play with a nearby football academy. We knew we would need space to have comfortable downtime in the hotel room and also room to eat meals. Candeo Omiya was great in that it had three dedicated beds and a couch with enough space for us all to sit comfortably. We also made good use of the laundry on the 14th floor. "

"Very clean and convenient location close to the Yurigaoka train station, supermarkets, Seven Eleven and multiple restaurants, Bars, fast food and also a Karaoke. There’s also a very friendly and very affordable rent a car shop just 2 minutes walking from the hotel. The Hotel staff are very nice, professional and friendly. Our stay was great! Felt like family. "Very nice hotel. My room had a nice view of the buildings and sky from the 19th floor. Bic Canera, Sogo Department Store, restaurants, and Omiya Station, are nearby. A 7-Eleven is on the ground floor of this hotel. Lawson Station across the street. "

We enjoy the charm of Tachikawa — a smaller town with a relaxing atmosphere — which is why we chose to stay here instead of Shibuya or Shinjuku. The hotel offers excellent value with reasonable prices, spacious rooms (especially by Tokyo standards), and warm, welcoming service that makes us feel at home every time. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and professional. Highly recommended for anyone who prefers comfort, great service, and a more peaceful setting while still having easy access to central Tokyo. We will definitely return!"

"Loved the hotel , the breakfast buffet was always amazing and it was in a non tourist neighborhood which was nice . Only down fall was you needed to take a train a hour to two hours to go to the tourist spots , but that isn’t their fault , clearly you can book hotels closer to those spots ! The staff was always kind and did their best with the language barrier between us . Would stay again ! "

"The room was spacious and perfect for a family trip. The location was also quite convenient — easy access to central Tokyo areas like Shinjuku and Tokyo Station. We loved that there were plenty of great restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. Overall, it felt like a relaxing resort stay, and we’d definitely love to come back again. "

"Location, direct access to 7-11, clean and spacious bathrooms, compared to other business/econo hotels in Japan. Feels more luxe and premium compared to the standard business hotels. "

"This is a great hotel for staying around Kichijoji -- which has a great variety of shopping, restaurants and even a nice park with a large pond -- or even for Tokyo in general as it is only a 10/15-minute train ride from Shinjuku. It is super close to Kichijoji station (like 2 minutes). It's also close to Inokashira Koen (Park). The rooms are clean and quiet, if rather small -- that's standard in Japan. We often stay here and would recommend it. "

"Stayed in this hotel several times. This is not a luxury hotel, so if you keep your standard low, it has everything you need for a single or a couple who need place to stay for a short term trip. No issues and I will stay here again. The nearest station”Asakadai” has an access to major towns and express trains stops here."

Pick up something unique at the op shop next door and stroll to the station for lots of dining options. "
