"A charming country estate retreat. Host was very welcoming. The family room with maisonette 2nd bedroom and spacious bathroom was great. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of delicious meats, presumably from the pigs that are farmed here too. Just beware the premium prices of imported beers."

"I loved everything about our stay. The room size was amazing. The breakfast, so perfectly Swedish and delicious. Location is perfection. It really captures Skanör as a location and shows it off in the best light. The hot tubes were wonderful for my kids. 10/10!! Stay here!

"We were housed in a sister hotel down the street which was not quite what was expected. This sister hotel was also undergoing renovations so our windows were sealed closed with plastic and we couldn’t get any air flow. Breakfast was at the main hotel as listed here, and was the best we had in Sweden. The main building looked gorgeous (and dinner was amazing), I just feel a little duped about the accomodations and would have appreciated a discount for being in a literal construction zone. "

"We used this hotel just outside Trelleborg after the afternoon ferry from Rostock. They gave us a code to access our keys which worked well despite it being dark on arrival. Breakfast was in the golf clubhouse and they cooked us eggs and bacon to go with the cold buffet , all looking out to sea .All good but you may need an umbrella to go for breakfast. Courtesy kettle for tea in the room. I only saw staff at the golf club."

"Great location, specially if you are taking/coming from a Ferry. We had to leave just before breakfast was served and they offered to prepare a bag for us, and it was delicious. Dinner is also very good and was included on our rate."

"Palm Tree Hotel were a possitive surprise for me, really friendly serviceminded staff, clean rooms and a exellent breakfast buffé, restaurant was clean and I got a Tex Mex buffé that was fresh but since I was late and the last customer I think it had been even better if I had got there earlier in evening, but I can strongly recommend this hotel, with the location downtown, the best"

"The cabin was not very clean and a bit worn here and there. However, the service was excellent. A broken chair was promptly replaced and when we lost a wallet Sophia promptly phoned us and packaged it for a courier to pick it up."

"We had a wonderful family trip to Lund and discovered this fantastic hotel in the suburbs. It had a great family room and plenty of activities on the ground floor for the children to enjoy, including a ping pong table and a swimming pool.
The breakfast buffet was comprehensive and delicious. The evening meals also had a good selection from set meals to a daily buffet option.
The staff were incredible in their approach to the children and the family as a whole. Really friendly and helpful at all times.
Despite being out of the city centre the hotel is easy to get to by bus with numerous regular options available. The hotel also has free bikes that we used for a cycle trip to the coast along the wonderful cycle routes in the area."
