"We stayed on the 3rd floor. The space is clean and beautiful. It worked well for our family of 5. It was conveniently located to walk to pick up groceries for meals. It gets nice light in all the rooms. The only issue I had with this location is that when it came to pay the bill, there were a number of charges that were added on and not made clear when booking online. "

The breakfast was not gorgeous but sufficiently good for me. Only the problem was no AC. The room was quite hot during my stay."

When I attempted to communicate with the hotel both through Orbitz and directly to see if I could get a refund, partial, refund, or postpone my reservation until next year, my queries were met with silence. Clearly not a guest-customer oriented establishment. The kept the deposit and didn't say a word. Very poor customer relations."
