"Great hotel - automated check in was easier than expected. Free laundry right outside our door. Hotel restaurant is great.
Only negative comment is we are not a fan of carpet in hotel rooms. Carpet was clean but prefer uncarpeted floors."
"This was a last minute booking for a family room and it was one of our favourites on our road trip. Arriving on a Sunday, not much was open but we found everything we needed including easily accessible hot drinks in the kitchen. Kids absolutely loved the robot vacuum patrolling the hallways!
Breakfast was good and well maintained by staff. The automated check in was seamless and the room was very comfortable with highly rated bunk beds for the kids. "

The hotel is right on the doorstep of the Abbey District and other attractions are a short walk away. There is also good public transport connections nearby if you're looking to travel out further. "This room was gorgeous. The details made us feel special. The book nook, reading area, chocolates on the pillow and herbal teas were treats after a long travel day. The hotel is a short walk from Lake Zurich, which has a lot of dining options. Lake Zurich is gorgeous, utterly gorgeous.
Notes: breakfast is offered for a fee on the weekends, but there is a cafe a very short walk away. You can park on the grounds for a small fee, but there is also public parking. Most places take credit cards "

"Lovely, spacious, and clean room - but it was extremely hot. It was too noisy to open a window overnight due to the main road being right outside (high volume of lorries/trucks) and there was no AC or fan in the room.
We requested a twin room when booking but it was made up as a double on arrival. We called the hotline on the check in info and a lady was with us in 10 mins with 2 twin sheets to change the set up which was good."
