"The staff was amazing, the location was amazing, the cleanliness was amazing, the food was fresh and really good, they have multiple pool options which was really nice coz it never got crowded, the had different shows which was entertaining. The only downside which isn’t their fault I guess but we didn’t like the private beach the water felt really dirty and gross but again we didn’t care because we just used the pools instead which were amazing!!"

"One of the most beautiful hotels we ever stayed at. The staff is absolutely amazing - from the restaurant, the housekeeping to the beach!
Special shout out to Amr and Diaa from the beach /beach bar team for going above and beyond to look after us.
It is possible to do some snorkeling directly from the beach. The water is crystal clear.
The buffet doesn’t leave anything to be desired!
If you consider staying in Soma Bay dont bother looking at other hotels- this is by far the best option! True value for money!
You get free water in the rooms and on the beach.

The restaurant manager Mr.Ahmed Mahmoud is very friendly and helpful man who always make sure that nothing else is needed and he is very good with kids. Bar staff are very polite and helpful. "well , I do not know what to say regarding my last vacation at Zen , but I was really sad that days passed When i was leaving , but I am planning on making this my go to destination for Hurghada as I enjoyed the Welcoming staff and the amazing atmosphere they added throughout my stay. and I would like to thank Hikmat , Thomas for their beyond expertise dealing professionally with all the people around us. Also , I would like to thank the night manager who assisted to arrange a Taxi ride at a convenient price for us evading us going through issues with drivers.
