"The hotel was good value and conveniently located. The bed comfortable and everywhere extremely clean. When booking, Expedia describe this particular room type as having a shower and also as having a private bathroom, which is somewhat confusing. In actual fact there is only a shower and a sink, there is no toilet. "

There's plenty of parking and the location is great for visiting Ponte dei Salti, Locarno and Ascona (our favourite). Restaurant food was delicious and reasonably priced compared to other options around town. Breakfast was traditional Euro continental so no bacon but cold meats, delicious cheeeses, and boiled egg station. On our way out they let us store our bags, and recommended a great spot for our picnic!! 5 stars!!"
