"A great place to stay right by a beautiful sandy beach with just the Camino running between. Excellent breakfasts with fresh orange juice and good coffee, ham, cheese and torta De Santiago. Very nice friendly and helpful staff and comfortable well equipped rooms. My only suggestion would be a bit less focus on form and more on function like safes that work and kettles that don't fall apart like the pricey Bodum ones provided. Wed definitely stay again though if we revisit this lovely area."

"Got a small injury on my last day of walking so opted for a hotel instead of albergue, and this was super nice for the price. Really good set up to de-pilgrim with washer/dryer and kitchen. Nice breakfast option and friendly staff. Elizabeth especially was super helpful. "

"Staff was very friendly, rooms very simple but had what we needed. Only thing, room had a smell. Not sure what it was. Other than that, we would stay there again"

"This circa 1700’s village was both interesting and beautiful. The staff was very caring and communicative. Parking was great once you can find it. The walls are a bit thin so noise travels but guests were respectful and that was the only downside. The bed was xcelle t and a FAN was provided in room. Nearby restaurants were excellent and the towns on the coast were really fun to visit. Truly a highlight of our trip. "

"Modern and very clean hotel stay. Friendly welcome. Ultra clean. Large rooms with a small fridge. Superb sea views and black out blinds if required. We had a balcony lovely for an afternoon tipple. Short walk to the beach but a 15 min drive to the town centre as the nearby restaurants were closed for the off season. 12 MD checkout. Optional breakfast on site is very good with great coffee. A very nice and relaxing stay. "
"We had a wonderful two day stay.
Great place. Very comfortable accommodation & very helpful staff.
The breakfasts were great & the evening meal we had there was amazing!"
"Hotel itself was great. Room was clean. Location cant be beat. Staff were very friendly. The only reason i rated it less than perfect had NOTHING to do with the hotel. Cannot stress enough—-the hotel was terrific!
Heads up to travelers. The town of Portosin is nearly dead in the off season. The town (and many others in the area such as Porto Do Son) need to figure year-round activities to encourage ongoing tourism. Perhaps the businesses make enough in high season to ride out the rest of the year and this is of little concern to them.
After spending hours in the coastal ghost towns (which are absolutely brilliant in summer and brimming with activity, dining options, festivals!!!) The experience traveling off season as a tourist to this area was very disappointing.
