Mr Vishnu Bhat went out of his way to recommend good restaurants, which places to visit and was super helpful with booking motor rickshaws as the hotel is a bit outside the city center. Comfort of the bed, general cleanliness and facilities was very good. Best thing was the staff. They are all truly excellent and provided a service like a 5 star hotel. Our room was spacious, with a large bed, TV, AC, fan, and a balcony. Overall it was clean, but the bathroom had seen better days and needed a scrub.
We are very thankful to Mr Bhat and the other staff for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. "
