"The meeting that I was schedule to attend in Neuchatel was cancelled a full six months before it was to take place due to the Covid-19 pandemic. When I attempted to communicate with the hotel both through Orbitz and directly to see if I could get a refund, partial, refund, or postpone my reservation until next year, my queries were met with silence. Clearly not a guest-customer oriented establishment. The kept the deposit and didn't say a word. Very poor customer relations."

"Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und ein historisches Gebäude. Leider bekamen wir ein extrem kleines Zimmer. Ohne Klimaanlage war es schrecklich heiss in diesem winzigen Raum. Die Fenster konnte man, weil es vom Strassenverkehr sehr laut war, nicht öffnen.
Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und auch der Frühstücksraum war sehr schön."
