"Room was nice and clean as was the rest of the facility. Only complaint was the hot breakfast the second day was cold. Apparently someone turned off the warming tray. Nothing like cold scrambled eggs and cold sausage to start off the day. "

"Check in was horrendous and took forever. We had 3 rooms and one of us was given keys to a room that was occupied. They were then given a key to another occupied room. I was given a room with dirty towels thrown on a cabinet. I was then shown several rooms and told to pick ones . A lot of keys thrown around with little security. No one should provide internet service for this hotel as there is a lack of security and carelessness with patrons keys."

"We did not stay at the Northwood. We had never seen such a dirty place. We turned the key back in and left. Please refund the amount to my credit card since we did not stay there.
