Cavendish was lovely surrounded by farms harvesting potatoes and corn. The only drawback was that nothing was open anymore (in October). So we couldn't pop out for a coffee. They even shut off the street lights in October.

Lots of dining options nearby you can drive to and a short drive to downtown. Don't expect to be walking distance to downtown though "
"The staff at the inn were incredibly sweet and kind. It was just myself and my daughter staying and I can’t say enough wonderful things about all of the staff.
My daughter is a huge talker and became best friends with Dora and would want to chat every time we came downstairs. She would always make time for my daughter and made us feel very welcome.
I would recommend staying here to anyone who wants to stay in the area. It was clean, spacious and had an amazing pool that we spent a ton of time at.
