"The staff was amazing. We arrived late due to a flat tire. We did not have time to get food and their restaurant just closed. We asked if we could sit in the dinning room and east snacks we had from hiking. The server who was trying to go home served us a round of wine and was able to get us some soup and a meat board. Amazing service and we could not have been more grateful. The place was darling with amazing views as well"

"This is a lonely, fairly small hotel. We stayed in the Panorama Suite which was really spacious, impressive and comfortable with great views. This is a great hotel to be near the zell am see slope, walking distance to rental shops and the slope. The breakfast was nice, although the restaurant is quite small and it does get very busy with everyone wanting to hit the slopes in the morning. There is space at the hotel to store ski equipment, although it is limited and if you stay or later you're not guaranteed space. We were a little disappointed but the facilities, we thought there would be more spa like facilities but it is just a sauna in the basement which we didn't fancy going in. In the local area there isn't too much going on - we found the dining options limited from a vegetarian/vegan perspective, and a lot of activities that were recommended were not open until summer (i.e boat trips on the lake). We would rather have stayed in Kaprun on reflection. However it was still a good stay, and it's also conveniently located for bus stops to take you to the other slopes. Would recommend for a short stay. "

"Centrally located across the main train station and within walking distance to town. Friendly staff, excellent service, clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast served on the top floor with views of the mountains. Will definitely go back. "

"The hotel was pretty and the pool was wonderful but it felt like they were trying to make money off of us at every turn. For example, the hotel sent many emails telling us about the complimentary summer pass, they gave it to us on arrival with a glass of wine, then surprised us with a huge fee as we were checking out. They charged for the fusball table in the game room, and other tiny things that most hotels would give for free. The tea box in the room even had a note saying "don't ask us for more sugar or tea. You can buy more in our shop downstairs". The front desk staff was very friendly, but the restaurant staff was pretty rude (one person acted exasperated when we wanted to add a tip because it was after they printed the reciept). I was very much looking forward to our stay and was disappointed with our experience. "

"Wonderful stay in the family room. Kids loved having their own bed. Breakfast was excellent with something for everyone- including gluten free options Reception staff was incredibly sweet and helpful getting our transportation organized! "

"Enjoyed our stay. Lovely, large room and balcony. Breakfast was good and staff helpful. We had a car with us but found we hardly needed it as there is a bus stop and train station very close and the public transport takes you easily to most popular locations. Downside perhaps was that the hotel is on a moderately busy road so some traffic noise."

"Perfect location for the centre without being disturbed. Authentic accommodation with an excellent choice at breakfast. Evening meal was optional which we enjoyed as the quality and service was exceptional, a little expensive but you definitely pay for what you get. Staff are very pleasant and spoke good English which made our stay more enjoyable. The Junior suite was a good size very clean and serviced everyday. Unfortunately there is no tea & coffee facilities in the room or air conditioning when staying in the summer. This may be uncomfortable on hot days. Overall I would highly recommend and we plan to return in the winter months "

"Great 3 nights here while exploring Salzburg, halstatt, eaglesnest, konigsee, and Berchesgarden. Hotel is Ideally located for these in a charming village with bavarian style buildings and church. Hotel itself is of same style but modern inside. Room was comfortable, very clean, spotless everywhere. Great nights sleep, comfortable beds, lovely balcony to look out on town and mountains beyond. Breakfast was very comprehensive and tasty, staff very helpful, most had very good english. Definitely would stay again. "

"Allowed us to check in at 1pm (4 hours early) as our room was ready. Receptionist was very nice. Our stay included a free transport pass which allowed us to use local buses for free over 2 days (for a 1 night stay). Hotel is ideally located across road from railway station. "

"A very well located hotel for us to explore the area of both Germany and Austria! Excellent breakfast buffet and the breakfast staff were fantastic. Our room itself was functional but had excellent storage space and a wonderful view from the balcony! Perhaps in need of a bit of modernising in the room and definitely need better pillows, sorry! The Rituals products in the bathroom were a lovely touch, as was the gift on my birthday. We visited the pool once and again, it maybe needs just a bit of modernising. Our kids loved having the play park! The one thing I would perhaps suggest is that €10 per night for parking is excessive. Between this and city tax, it added an extra €100 to our bill on check out for a 6 night stay. There is absolutely no alternative in the area for parking and even €5 per night would have felt more acceptable. Overall a brilliant stay in a beautiful part of the world and we would definitely stay again, despite my points above. "

"Very nice hotel, great spa. Unfortunately there are less and less places run by Austrians. It is more and more difficult to find a Weiner Schnitzel from year to year, being replaced by halal kebab. "

"The property was unique with a great pool area. The room was clean, but very hot with no ventilation, unless the door was open. The breakfast was really good. "

"Newly refurbished Henri Hotel. Staff were very helpful. Nice comfortable rooms, buffet breakfast. Good location. Stayed Henri Hotel in Berlin several times and wouls definitely stay at Kitzbühl again. Great deal for what you get! Spa, indoor lap pool, Sauna and Steam. Afternoon Brotzeit!"

"The room was advertised as sleeps three. Husband and I barely fit in the double bed (think US double). The room is great for one person or two small. The staff are very friendly, the surroundings beautiful. Highly recommend but check bed situation for sure. Also no air conditioning, just chilled air. Was very warm till outside cooled off and we could open windows. "
