"We went to this hotel to celebrate my 60th birthday and it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived and got to are room at 130am there was water and sandwiches ,just on case we were hungry 60th birthday card and chocolate. The room and bathroom was spotless,with nice size balcony to sit on. The pools are lovely with walk in steps and the pool with the music had lovely lots of steps in the pool ,so great for sitting on and reading when it got to hot,was a great way to cool down. So great if you have mobility issues. Sun beds are large with comfortable thick cushions and extra large sun umbrellas. Pool towels given everyday . No fighting to find a sunbed late morning. The food was the best I have eaten on holiday ,huge variety of salads,fish and meat,presented amazingly. The best orange salmon ,I have ever tasted and steak was cooked to perfection. Entertainment each night was good,if you get chance to watch Ben and the Lost boys and fantastico,you will not be disappointed. But what makes this hotel 5 star ,is the attentive staff. I have to mention Lenka ,who was restaurant front of house in the evening,always greeted with big smile and always ensuring we were comfortable and a font of knowledge. Juan the waiter with his big smile and always ensuring we had a drink and I have to mention pool life guard Louie who would help me up off the sunbed when needed ,ensuring everyone around the pool were comfortable and was always busy tidying with a smile ."

"This is a lovely hotel, we stayed in a room with a private swim up pool which we really enjoyed. The hotel location was good (about 15 mins walk to the main restaurant area of town) and the beach bar across the road (part of the ) had a great view of the beach. "

"Great hotel, great location if a quieter more family friendly trip is your goal! Staff was soo friendly and helpful, even when they couldn’t help us, they did everything they could to makeup for it. Very clean hotel, beautiful pools facing the lagoon. Maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach if that! Rooms our a little tight, but most have a balcony."

"This is a lovely hotel, ideally situated near the shops and restaurants of Can Picafort. Breakfast options are varied and good quality. The pools are great, with plenty of sunbeds available and sloping steps which are ideal for those who struggle with ladders. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend trying the rooftop bar, we saw some beautiful sunsets there and the views of the surrounding area are magnificent."

"I had a really great stay at this hotel! The staff were welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made for a relaxing experience. The location was convenient, and everything I needed was easily accessible. One thing to note is that, occasionally, salty water would come through the tap and shower, which was a bit unexpected—but it didn’t take away from the overall positive experience. Everything else was well-maintained and enjoyable. I’d definitely stay here again! "

"The hotel was very nice and and very clean. Staff was very helpful and check in and check out was fast and efficient. Only thing is if you are driving a car, it is hard to find parking near the hotel. There is no parking lots, only street parking. Some days we would have to park 5 blocks down. Just be aware of that, but overall it was a good stay and I would use this hotel again. "

"I was very nicely surprised 😊 starting from checking in. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned and towels changed everyday, air condition worked perfectly. Location is great, walking distance to many beaches, clubs and restaurants. Very nice choice of food for breakfast. Highly recommend "

"The hotel is amazing, perfect for a break away to do nothing and relax. The buffet has a great selection. The staff are attentive and constantly clearing up. The Mediterranean restaurant is okay, the Italian wasn’t very good at all. All inclusive is the way forward for value for money. Would definitely stay at another of the resorts elsewhere. Some bits need a bit of TLC like silicone around shower tray and a few missing tiles in the pool, but nothing to cut yourself on or dangerous. The views into the cove beach are stunning! "

Positives: Staff, food in all restaurants is great, swimming pool is amazing, great slides for kids at the kids pool, literally 5 steps from the most amazing beach. Negatives: Mattress wasn’t very comfortable and my husband felt the air con at the room was not enough. Overall amazing stay and we will come back."

"Excellent room and pool area. Nice chilled out atmosphere. Reception team and staff were professional and couldn’t do enough to help. However Disappointed that parking was an extra cost, there is some on street parking nearby. My partners birthday while we were away and complimentary cava and cake was a special touch "

"Room was very clean with fresh linen and towels provided daily. Room was far too hot, almost like a sauna and the fan provided did little to help. There was also a constant vibration/ drilling type noise every 2 mins constantly throughout the stay which did disturb sleep at times. However for a base it was ideal. The breakfast provided in the sister hotel was very basic and bland. It wasn’t worth getting out of bed for. Reception staff could also do with having more customer service training, as they would stand and have lengthly conversations and not acknowledge you standing waiting. They also weren’t very helpful or friendly and gave conflicting information when enquiring about a late check out. All in all I would return for a cheap base if there was nothing else available in the area. "

"Loved the view from our room - we had a room with the sea view, on a clear day the sunrise was gorgeous to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise. Food was very good and always plentiful and the staff were very friendly. "

All in all a great location for a family holiday, that good we are thinking of returning next year!"
