"Everything about this hotel was a 10/10. We went there for our honeymoon and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an extremely relaxing and restful vacation. The food is some of the best you will find in Sardinia, the beds are incredibly comfy, the staff is welcoming and kind, the views are stunning, and the amenities are top notch. It's such a wonderful place that you really don't even need to leave the hotel. We will definitely be back!"

"Our visit to Sardinia was very pleasant and the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel was nice Adeel was at the reception desk and the way he greeted us and shared the information was very pleasant and friendly After a long drive from Olbia airport to Palau our accommodation was quite lovely as we were able to check in fast and easy fashion The room was very clean and comfortable with amazing views overlooking the beach and the port of Palau The convenient location was a great spot for walking to the city center for shopping and dining. Also to enjoy the free beaches and to get to the ferry and enjoy the activities!!!!"

"While the "beach" club isn't exactly convenient and there is no beach (so you can only sit on rocks unless you want to spend a small fortune on a daybed), the hotel and facilities were lovely."

"Amazing place to spend some time with a loved one. In the mountain, quite and absolutely beautiful. If you are looking to get away, this is the destination for you. Top of the line service and the views are to die for. Make sure you have a car to get around if you want to go to Porto Cervo, it's an easy 20 minute ride. We will definitely be coming back to this gem!"

"We had the most wonderful stay at Cala Cuncheddi Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. The setting is absolutely breathtaking — especially the sunsets, which were some of the most beautiful we’ve ever seen. The restaurant was a highlight of our trip: not only was the food exceptional every single time, but dining with those stunning views made each meal unforgettable. A very special thank you to Roberto, our server throughout the week. His warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine kindness made us feel so welcomed. He truly elevated our experience and made our dinners even more enjoyable. Their private beach is beautiful and so is their pool. We always found spots either at the beach or at the pool. We can’t wait to return to Cala Cuncheddi and relive this perfect combination of great food, beautiful scenery, and exceptional service."

"When we check in Carla was at the counter, she was EXCEPTIONAL! She was able to help us get a rental car because the reservation we made for a car rental with Orbitz Omited to let us know that a international driver’s license was required, so we could not pick up a car. She was very helpful letting us know good places to go. In general the staff was great and helpful."

"Enjoyed my stay at the hotel great pleasant staff. Only issue I paid for a double bed and single bed but when arrived there was only a double and only option was to split the bed into two singles. Wasn't entirely happy as I paid for another option but they dealt with the issue very swiftly. "

"This hotel was an absolute lifesaver! I arrived last minute, late at night, and the receptionist kindly stayed late just to welcome me and check us in. The location is fantastic—less than a 5-minute walk to the port of Palau. Many of the rooms offer beautiful water views, which was such a nice surprise. It’s a no-frills hotel, but it’s incredibly clean, has air conditioning throughout, and includes breakfast. What really sets it apart is the warm and welcoming staff—they go above and beyond. For the price, this place is a gem!"

"Beautiful setting with a large pool and close to beach. Access to beach is quick using the shuttle service. Food was fabulous with a huge range of options, from traditional to a wider selection. Fish selection was especially good. Entertainment staff were very friendly and engaging. They quickly made us feel welcome and we enjoyed their company. Very pleased with our spacious double room, especially with two older teenage kids. "

"Mangia’s have most things in place to receive 90%+ from every visitor but This is not Four Seasons, it’s mid range FYI. PROS: The location is stunning. The beach is fantastic. Breakfast plentiful and varied. Pool area is great. The staff are very friendly, polite and in most cases speak good English, a basic criteria in any European hospitality business. The facilities and leisure options are also very good; Tennis, paddle, basketball, football, kayaking, it’s all there if you want to use it. The gym Is very well equipped for being a hotel gym, plenty of free weights and machines to maintain your levels for a shorter period on holiday. Yoga and fitness classes free of charge. Kids activities as well. A mini train that takes you around the resort from 7-23pm. Buggies that pick up and collect you from the car park or your room with the luggage. Organised trips to all sights and places worth visiting at a cost, car hire in the lobby, pharmacy and a boutique. Even a local bus stop to take you to Santa Teresa with all the things to do there. Wow. What a package! CONS: There are no lifts, and plenty of stairs, lots of walking to do. HOUSE KEEPING: Non functional. It’s a certain to have your room cleaned daily and basic consumables restocked. It’s not working. Communication about all the amenities and things to do is lacking. It feels like they are understaffed and needs a big injection of organisation. Totally have the potential to be a 4*+ resort. Lack of dining options as well. "

"Séjour d'une semaine. Nous étions sans voiture. L'hôtel est accessible par le bus de Olbia mais après il faut marcher 8 mn le long de la route sans trottoir depuis la ville de Porto Pozzo. Le personnel de l'accueil a organisé pour nous la réservation des taxis pour tout notre séjour avec des tarifs négociés, ce qui nous a permis de profiter des environs. Le service était parfait et fiable. La gentillesse de tout le staff était très agréable. La chambre était simple et propre. Le matelas pas très confortable mais ça passe. Une jolie piscine qui manque de parasols pour se mettre à l'ombre mais bien fournie en transats. Petit déjeuner avec du choix pour tous les goûts. "
