"Un Soggiorno Straordinario – Come Sentirsi a Casa Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati al Grand President Hotel di Siderno, abbiamo capito di essere in un posto speciale. Ciò che ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero indimenticabile non è stato solo il panorama stupendo, ma soprattutto il personale straordinario che ogni giorno ha fatto di tutto per noi. Francesco e Antonio, i due ragazzi giovani al bar, sono stati una vera gioia: sempre cordiali, attenti e pieni di energia. Manuela è stata eccezionale, sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza con grande disponibilità e cuore. La nostra cameriera, Jovanna, è stata fantastica. La stanza era sempre impeccabile – gentile, premurosa e davvero perfetta. Alla reception, Antonio è stato molto professionale e calmo, mentre Domenico ha reso semplice l’estensione del soggiorno. Nadia è stata preziosa, sempre pronta ad aiutarci con efficienza e sorriso. Impossibile non menzionare Giuseppe e Roberto – due veri gioielli. Giuseppe è stato paziente, disponibile e gentilissimo. E Roberto ci ha fatto ridere ogni giorno, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Il Grand President non è solo un hotel: è un luogo accogliente, dove le persone ci mettono davvero il cuore. "The staff were amazing from Jeanmarco who took care of us to greet us upon arrival and Pina as well as other staff members continued to provide excellent service from the 1st we arrived until we departed. "We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Santa Tecla Palace. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was excellent as was the service. The pool is as amazing as it looks in the photos. It’s clean and the lifeguards are very helpful. The sea was lovely, easy access and crystal clear water. Reception staff are also very helpful. What a treat to stay here and we will definitely be back! I would say that if you want to see the surrounding areas hiring a car is helpful. "

"The pool is really nice addition, breakfast buffet was outstanding. I didn’t really love the fact that I had to walk a little distance to get to my room, having said that I had a lovely little terrace out front, which was nice."

"A great historic property, that was tastefully modernized yet maintained the character of its location and origins. Property was a short walk from the bus station and cable cars and an ideal spot for navigating Taormina’s sites and offerings. The staff was friendly and provided a great concierge service recommending and arranging travel, dinner reservations and sites. The morning breakfast was fantastic providing a full fare of local cuisine. The property was relaxing, safe and beautiful…. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the coast. Couldn’t be more pleased with the stay. Definitely would revisit."

"This hotel was comfortable, clean, and in a perfect location. The staff at the front desk were wonderful and very helpful. Our son got sick while we were there and they were extremely kind and helped us line up a doctor’s visit. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Taormina."

"A great hotel with very friendly staff with the added bonus of a view of Etna from our balcony for my volcano obsessed son. Good food throughout the day and a decent pool. Beds were quite hard, which I thought would be a problem, but slept very well. Would recommend."

"Bel Soggiorno means “nice stay” in Italian, and for Hotel Bel Soggiorno, this is true but also an understatement. This is the most welcoming, pleasant, and beautiful place we have ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable and taken care of. We arrived early but our room was ready within a few minutes and we were taken there by one of the friendly staff members. Our room opened to a terrace with a most lovely view of the sea and the hotel’s gardens below. We spent a lot of time just relaxing right there on the terrace, enjoying the view and taking in the peacefulness. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. What really sets this hotel apart, in additional to its prime location and the friendly staff, is the breakfast. Breakfast is included with the stay and is (without exaggeration) the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had. A full spread of Sicilian foods, both sweet and savory, all homemade and all delicious. The breakfast area looks out to the sea, making the whole experience so memorable. Breakfast itself was an event to look forward to! The man at the reception showed us a shortcut for getting into the center of town on foot (a beautiful walk that takes you right past the public garden!). The hotel is in a great location as it is quiet and looks out to the sea, but is also within walking distance to all the gems in the center of Taormina. We felt so comfortable and welcomed. We were sad to go and hope to return! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed this property our room was a little weird... room 35 its shaped oddly like an old fashion attic and unfortunately it was under the kitchen or at least close because we could hear the all breakfast preparations and dishes clanking. Other than that we loved it. We would go back. Front desk staff was very helpful with things to do and places to eat."

"Our room was fantastic and just as advertised when we booked. I highly recommend this as a romantic getaway for a couple. The views from the Balcony were amazing and the Jacuzzi was very nice to enjoy after a long beach day."

"We had the corner room with a balcony on the 1st floor. The room was great. Perfect for the two-day stay we planned for some beach fun. Also access to the train is a mere 9 minute walk. We spent some time checking sites in Taormina. "
