"Its cheap, close to a train station, and has a free airport shuttle. Friendly staff and decent room if you just need a bed. The rooms smell like smoke though, even being a non smoking hotel. "

"Hotel was very clean and new. They provided toiletries and the staff was very nice. The biggest issue is the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything coming from the other rooms, especially at night. I couldn't sleep because the next room was talking until 4 am. The sound from the other rooms is so loud its like they are in the same room with you."

Loved my time here , it's great if you like shopping just being an empty suitcase . Great little beach about ten minutes walk away . Outlet village had lots of options for food and shopping . Great gateway to get to other cities . I enjoyed my time

There is outlet there in a walking distance, food court and restaurants are available in the outlet. Really nothing around besides the outlet and airport. Or maybe I didn't explore enough there.

"Staff were excellent. My son became very ill and we needed to extend our stay and the staff had us set up promptly. Wifi was intermittent and it would be nice to have 1 English Channel (my son was pretty sick) but otherwise I have zero complaints about this hotel. "
"This hotel is very conveniently located right by the train station as well as across from Parco (department store). There is also a Family Mart right around the corner if you need to do any convenience store runs.
Room is a little small (Which I expected, so not complaining) but very clean and nice. The free amenities provided were also very nice- I particularly liked the shampoo. I did not try them, but there were even free skincare samples provided in the bathroom.
We tried some of the onsite dining as well (The Teppanyaki place and Japanese Restaurant Benkay) and although they were a bit pricey, they were well worth it! Amazing food with beautiful presentation! If we visit Osaka again, we definitely want to come back to Hotel Nikko just to eat the food!
The only complaint I have is that the walls seem a little thin, and we could often hear the room next to us when they spoke loudly. However, this did not greatly impact our stay, so it was okay.

"We spent 5 days at this hotel. It is close to JR Station and one can walk from Namba Station to the hotel if you know the direction. Food, transportation, and shopping are all within walking distance. Breakfast is excellent with many varieties. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. "
"From the moment of arrival, the colour scheme and decor gave a feeling of greater luxury than the hotel rating would suggest. The staff were lovely and helpful, the rooms spacious and the beds comfortable - having our own washer/dryer was a game changer too!
Location is perfect for exploring Namba, Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori and is right on the Midosuji line for rapid access to other parts of the city. We'll definitely come back on our next trip to Osaka."
