If I hadn’t paid up front I would have left. And the very rude reception took the joy out of the stay - I will certainly never return again "

"the ladies in the front desk have to learn how to receive the customeers, they were rude & did give information about the hotel like: opening hours of the restaurant & the spa. we complained that the water in the shower don't run out. 3 days they did not fixe it. they do cleaning once in 2 days' the room was not clean - we put the sign of clening, they did not clean. one of soap bootle was empty- they did not replace a new one....... "
"the expedia reservation system was terrible. only after making the reservation it showed that the check in would close at 9 pm. i had plans to arrive after 9. needless to say the non-refundable reservation fee is a huge problem for me expedia sucks for that reason"
"Room was exceptionally spacious, as was bathroom. Clean and neat, if not a bit dated. Plenty of room to do yoga. Vegetarian food was delicious. Pool was quiet and wonderful. No AC or fan, so room got a bit too warm (July stay), but cooled off a bit in the evening. Would go back, just not in July."
