"We spent a week here and enjoyed the large apartments that are well-designed, comfortable, spacious, and family-friendly. Cleaning was not perfect, but ok, the service was fine (we were able to arrive late, but needed help from a vo-visitor to enter the gate), and the location was nice. Be aware that you cannot really bath / swim from the nearby beaches during the morning / day due to low tides."

We stayed twice within a couple of weeks. Our first room was a standard double on the ground floor. Comfortable and nicely equipped with a coffee/tea maker and a good shower.
Our second room was a suite on the first floor with a separate sitting room off the bedroom. Very comfortable and spacious.

"What a spot! These brand new condos are in a pretty sprawling complex that is walking distance to the beach. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen functional and well stocked. The only strange thing about the place is that there are great 2 shower en-suites but only one toilet that looks like an afterthought in a laundry room - very bizarre. All in all a great spot, though, would recommend."

"Usual multiple occupancy hotel. Building work going on next door which was noisy in the morning. Reasonable free parking. Was moaned at for parking our motorcycles temporarily near to our rooms, which were on the first floor, with access only by steps. This was done so we could unload the bikes to put our gear on the floor, before trudging it up the stairs. Some understanding would have been appreciated but no.
Room was adequate and bathroom area was worn. Place could do with a facelift.

"This hotel is about 15 mins from La Rochelle centre - The receptionist was very friendly and professional she spoke wonderful English and explained about the room and parking how to access barriers where to go to reach the town she was marvellous

The room was adequate for 2 adults and small dog - it was spotless and had all of the requirements for our stay including a well equipped kitchenette
La Rochelle has a multitude of bars and restaurants all of which were dog friendly
We took a boat trip to Fort Boyard which was great and dog went as well there are other trips if you want
I recommend a thrip to Ile de Rae fantastic Island a short drive or sea bus from La Rochelle had lunch at the harbour at Ile Rae fabulous "

The soap dispenser by the sink was on the floor having been pulled off the wall- hence NO soap by the sink. Bulb missing over the sink making it difficult with limited light.
I have already contacted Hotels.com auto talk and told this will be looked at.

I have stayed at the Hotel some years ago but will not be staying again. The whole hotel needed a refresh, including the very poor buffet breakfast. Nothing could compare with a B&B Hotel!!!!"
