"The check-in process was excellent despite the hotel being understaffed (due to a number of last minute reservations). The staff handled the added pressure very well and were responsive to all the guests’ needs. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved all the extra pillows and the bed was perfect for a great night’s sleep. The only negative was the temperature of the pool - it was pretty cold! "
