"The property where we stayed was very unclean and lots of dust under the beds. As we arrived to our room, there was an incident where a person was thrown out of the room. She was shouting and the police arrived afterwards.
For the whole stay, we didn’t had internet, it was very poor Wi-Fi, we had to go the reception and report it but they kept giving us lots of papers for the Wi-Fi which still didn’t work. Also the bathtub was blocked through out, we reported it but it wasnt a quick repair...

Our room was very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. I especially appreciated the little details, like the Rituals cosmetics and the fact that the hotel is pet-friendly. The lovely staff even brought a little bags of treats to our room for our dogs, which was such a thoughtful touch.
