"Our stay at the Residence Inn was great. After a long day at Six Flags with four kids, the hotel offered a convenient spot to stay. The spacious two bedroom suite provided plenty of room for the six of us. The area had a lot of shopping and restaurants for convenience. Six Flags is about a 30 minute drive away. The pool was great as well. "

" So far, so good. Just checked in today, will see how it goes. Clerk at check-in very hospitable. Took me a bit to figure out TV. Why does there always have to be two controls!! Looks like enough kitchen supplies, however regular dish detergent would be a plus, because I will have to run the dishwasher for three plates and one glass. Love the walk-in shower vs. tub/shower combo. As I said, so far, so good. "

"My daughter and I were looking for a safe and quiet place to stay while we were in the area for a night. I am so incredibly glad we chose Blooming Inn. From the moment we booked our room we felt welcome. Such a beautiful house with deep history. We will absolutely be back again!"

"Wonderfully convenient--I could park once, leave my car for the duration of my stay and daily walk to where I was working, as well as coffee houses/restaurants. I was also glad for the small fridge in the room, as well as the availability of coffee/decaf. "

"The hotel was 4-weeks old - so the room had that "new" smell. We were there for an evening stopover driving into Boston from Toronto with kids. Thus, having a working indoor pool was important. Parking was amply available and the free breakfast was a god-send since it helped us save a few bucks with the terrible exchange rate us Canadians have to contend with! Over time, we hope that more food options will appear as we were disappointed with Arizona's Pizza down the street, even with the discount. But that's a review for another time and space!"

"This hotel has a lot more character than chain places on the highway, and parking was easy in the lot behind the hotel. Staff was friendly and efficient, the rooms were large and well-decorated, and the restaurant on the ground floor was top-notch."

"We had to come for a tough family trip and a funeral. Despite the hotel forgetting to come do turndown service for the three nights we were there, we had a great trip. Service was great and the facilities were in great shape. They ran out of blankets and towels one night and the manager was so sorry and grabbed some pool towels for us! "

"My stay here at true Hilton was amazing! What made it amazing was your staff. From the front desk two food service for breakfast ,housekeeping, I wrote a couple of reviews using the QR code in the elevator however, one of them didn’t get put through. I don’t know much about technology so I don’t know what happened so I’m writing here and I would like to make sure that the staff members get the recognition for going over and beyond their duties to assist me in my stay here. I am 68 years old a retired nurse recently in the hospital I’m from the state of Rhode Island. I grew up here in Chicopee so I know the friendliness the personality of people in this area. They’re very outgoing, kind, and helpful on a normal basis, but when I encountered here was true empathy and compassion for a fellow human being that had to be away from home. Well, just getting out of the hospital seriously you’ll and coming for a family members funeral my brother. ANA, front desk employee was above and beyond helpful to me kind and very compassionate assisting me to my room, bringing me towels talking with me or just listening to me when I would come in and out in my travails. I had a fractured ankle in a boot to fractured ribs, fractured vertebrae from osteoporosis, and it made it very hard to walk and move. I’ve been a nurse 40 years used to doing everything myself and taking care of others so this was such a helpful employee. Edwin was also very kind to me went over and beyond in the breakfast buffet"
