"The hotel was clean, but could do with refresh in places. Staff were friendly and professional. Although next to busy roads, soundproofing was very efficient and didn't notice the traffic. My wife found the bed a bit hard, I was fine, but it did make a lot of noise, even when just sitting on it. The Italian restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent. The location was ideal for our needs, a trip to The Deep and a bit of shopping. If visiting Hull again, I would have no problem booking into Cornmill again."
"I booked the Maze Apartments because it was so close to the venue for the Campfire Country Music Festival and it was spot on. Being only 5 mins walk to the park was great!
When we arrived we got a parking spot in the car park under the Apartments and it was FREE! The lady on reception was nice and friendly and advised us we had been given an upgrade!!
The room was great. Large, spacious with all the amenities you could need. The bathroom was small but clean with a shower, basin and toilet.
The only issue was the fitted sheet on the bed lol.
Would definitely recommend plus the price was fantastic!! "

"The property manager didn't answer the phone, couldn't pick up the key, paid for the booking got confirmation email then couldn't get any response from the apartment, I went to the apartment still can't speak to anyone therefore I had to find another place to stay last minute which was difficult and inconvenient to say the least, I will be contacted Expedia who I booked the apartment through and I will be expecting a full refund, I would recommend booking this apartment unless you want to be disappointed, there is no way of communicating with the property when you call it's straight to voicemail, when you message it says it could take 2 days for a response which is useless when you need the key that day, (NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL)"

Paid for my sons birthday weekend away (4y.o) drove 2.5 hours to get here and the host didnt send us entry code to the apartment so couldnt get in. Expedia confirmed all booking, tried to contact the host but blocking my calle. Texts delivered and left voicemails asking to call us but had no reply. Took our money and put a case with expedia and they refused to refund ao had to contact fraud department with my bank and pay for a hotel late at night instead!! Ruined the weekend DO NOT TRUST!!!! I have reported this property!!! "
