"The hôtel is very comfortable , the breakfast is very good , the room is clean , except for the tiny water bottle which seems to be too small for a customer in a hot country , I think a bigger water bottle is not much more expensive for your hotel , but it gives a better impression of your hotel (4 * hotel) . Your staff was very polite . Thanks "

"The checked-in process was greeted with a smile and quick. Were stayed three nights and four days. The hotel was cleaned and quieted. The rooms were nice and cleaned. Staffs were friendly and smiles. The breakfast buffet had decent varieties of selections. Our kids had a great time and said they want to stay here again next time we’re in Vung Tau. We definitely be back."

"Wonderful staffs and owners. Free shuttle pick up and drop off to local areas for foods, beach and sightseeing during stay. The resort hidden in uphill location. you will burn some calories if decide to walk & explore surrounding local foods, bars or restaurants. It could be slippery at front of lobby during rain season while wearing sandals. It was a hidden germ."

"It is a small hotel with a small pool (which became too crowded during peak hours with kids) and is within walking distance to the beach. It has a restaurant that caters three meals a day and is quite good. Meal selections are mostly Vietnamese. We booked one night to get away from the noisy and crowded Vũng tàu beaches and will consider returning. "

"Amazing resort, best pool we have ever had at a resort, lovely staff and stunning views and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was so good and pool side pizza though fairly expensive was delicious."

"We were on family vacation and stayed here for 3 nights. It is a beautiful resort, nice room, and super comfortable beds. The staff is super nice especially Giang and Tep’ at the Ginger restaurant. Meo the supervisor at the front desk was helpful as well. We absolutely will come back Grand Ho Tram next time."

"This property should not be listed on expedia. I found out this is not a hotel but each room owned by different owners. They did not have check in instructions and they dont have a front desk for any help. I never got to check in. There is a contact phone number that does not answer. Thankfully expedia relocation team got me another place to stay but this was a total disaster. Expedia please delist The Song as more people like me will have to suffer."

"Fantastic location right in the heart of Ho Tram. The beach is beautiful and exceptionally clean, which was a big plus. We were upgraded to a beachfront villa, spacious and just steps from the main pool and restaurant. Breakfast offered plenty of variety, and the staff were super attentive throughout our stay. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!"

"Pools and beach access was great. Breakfast buffet was very good and the resort restaurant food was good as well. There's a convenient store across the street that is super useful and stocked with plenty of drinks, water, snacks, and alcohol. There's nothing else to do or go to within walking distance of the resort though. "
