"This place is located in a bit of a deserted place a long walk away from the walking street. It is listed as a 3 min walk but it took about 20min. The pool is closed from 9,30 until 15. No sun beds. Do not expect a 4 star hotel maybe 2 star.. We left a day early. We talked to hotels.com and told them that the description of the hotel is way off. I hope they will change the description."

We experienced a typhoon while there which destroyed a lot of local fruit trees and left us without power for a few hours on the second night. "The photos online do not do this place justice, it is an absolute paradise, I literally felt like I was sleeping in a tropical jungle, the setting was the best throughout my whole trip in Vietnam. The owners are friendly, they have an on site massage room that can take 3 people at a time, they call in staff from the local town and was only £10 for 1 hour. It is an instagram setting. The pool was amazing and well kept, it is surrounded by rooms and felt like a villa. "

Our room was clean, with bottled water added every day. The AC doesn’t run when you aren’t in the room, so it’s hot when you get back after a day out, but the room cooled relatively quickly.

"We (family of four (2 + 2 adult children)) stayed for 2 nights in June.
Location: hotel is located away from the main tourist area and so nowhere is walkable. The hotel does have bicycles free to use which we took to cycle through some rice fields to a local village (few km round trip and flat).
Rooms: large and clean. Bathrooms the same. Still with small towels - like the rest of Vietnam hotels it seems.
Pool was lovely - water warm, large towels provided and drinks available.
Restaurant - breakfast: small selection but tasty. Dinner: limited vegetarian selection but enough for a couple of days and all tasty.
Front of house team all very helpful and friendly.
They arranged a car with driver for us for the day and a half sightseeing - reasonably priced and saved having to wait for Grabs etc- and they also arranged a car to take us back to Hanoi airport at the end of our trip.
