"Stayed in Lincoln city as part of my trip up the OR coast. Cute motel right on the 101. Great check in. Simply updated rooms that were very clean. Little worried about no air conditioning, but slept with the window cracked and it was great! Would definitely stay again. "

"There are some minor repairs that could be made in our room. However, we had a very comfortable stay here and the view from the room was magnificent. It was nice to have a well-stocked kitchen to use. Front office staff were very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we're ever in the area.

"We had a good stay here. It’s on the river not a beach. Mo’s is next door and has great clam chowder. It’s a very dog friendly place to stay, I think 80% of people there brought dogs. It’s a nice little walk down to the sand. The breakfast was included and included waffles, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit etc. typical hotel free breakfast, but it did save time. "
"The Excellent:
Parking was ample, the office staff was excellent, place was clean, pool was large and indoor and warm. View from our room was AMAZING! PRIVATE beach that wasn't crowded and only accessible to those staying at the condos.
The Good:
The front room area and bedroom areas where larger than expected and well designed. Kitchen was stocked with almost anything you might need to make a meal. Full sized appliances were great (except dishwasher).
The not so good:
neighbors above us were extremely loud. Literally heard loud thuds and running noises NONSTOP for hours.
Pull out couch mattress was not very comfortable, but we made due. Walk down to the beach was a short but difficult walk down lots of steep stairs and once at the bottom a sandy path that ended with a short but steep sand inclined few "steps". BE ADVISED, the path down to the ocean is NOT for anyone that is not completely stable on their feet. Anyone with even slight mobility issues will not make it down to the ocean safely.

This place was amazing and would highly recommend. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Cute pet friendly condo with ocean view. Had a full kitchen and everything we needed to make a big meal and eat together at the dinner table. We loved that the place has 2 full bathrooms. The hot water gets really hot so be careful with little ones.
The hot tub was not operational when we were there but we still enjoyed the pool. There is easy beach access across the street and we didn’t have any problems with parking.
The bed was huge and very comfortable. The living area had a gas fireplace we enjoyed in the evenings and early mornings. We have a pleasant stay. "
