A big bonus: the kayaks are free to use and just a few steps away! Jennifer is incredibly kind and welcoming—be sure to say hi, even though self check-in is available. If you need anything before your arrival, it's best to call her directly, as she doesn’t check her email regularly. I’ll happily stay at her place again if I’m in the area, and I 100%...

The only thing I did not like was, we had our two cats with us and the hotel required us to follow the one person had to be the room with our cats at all times. We were in Lacey looking to buy a home and putting the cat item plus the cats in our car to look at homes was a major problem. When we wanted to go out to eat we had to take the cats with us."

Improvements could be ceramic (other than paper) coffee mugs; a couple wine glasses either in the room or offered at the desk, and availability of cream (other than 'whitener') We loved the hot tub and jets too!"

"The rooms were very nice. The bed is firm, which I like, but not everyone prefers that. We didn’t spend much time there, but it was a very nice hotel. I would recommend it and stay here again. "
"Our stay was amazing the staff was excellent made our stay great i always book with them the room was clean and all appliances worked for us we had to have a fridge and microwave for the grandsons we couldn't figure out the television and called front desk maintenance was up there within 5 minutes and got cartoons on for the grandsons we look forward to coming back next year thank you for making our stay great only wish i could give you all more than 5 stars see you all next year 😀 "
