"We had a good stay at the resort. Most of the staff is friendly, especially Rosie. She was very friendly and made us comfortable. They have a sports bar/tennis club on the premises that has drinks, food, live music and a Dj. This is open to everyone and does get crowded but we had a great time every time we went. You would definitely need transportation to explore surrounding restaurants and shopping center. Since the rooms are made from shipping containers, they were very nicely designed....

"This was our first time visiting Puerto Rico, and we couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. My husband, teenage daughter, and I stayed at this hotel and were genuinely impressed by the beautiful grounds and overall atmosphere. Everything felt safe and welcoming, which allowed us to truly relax and recharge.
The amenities were fantastic plenty of dining and shopping options nearby made it easy to enjoy our time without needing to venture far. The staff was friendly, and the property was well-maintained, adding to the sense of comfort throughout our stay.
We stayed in a studio room with a king bed and a queen pullout sofa. While the setup worked for the three of us, the space was quite cramped. It was a bit tricky to maneuver around the room, especially when trying to access the patio door or sit at the small table and chairs. We found ourselves bumping into the corner of the pullout sofa more than once.
That said, the overall experience was still wonderful, and we’d absolutely consider staying here again perhaps in a larger room next time. Thank you for helping make our first Puerto Rico trip so memorable!"

"I stayed in a room with a terrace and it was lovely. I was worried that the Murphy bed might be uncomfortable, but it was very comfortable! The terrace was huge and with lots of places to sit and some shade. The room was larger than I expected, very clean and comfortable with a/c, a ceiling fan, a great closet (with lots of hangers) and very functional bathroom.
The location of the hotel is excellent - a short walk to everything in Old San Juan, and each staff member I had contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. The building itself is also very beautiful.

"We had an amazing time. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The bathroom and shower were clean. We did see a couple bugs, but I do understand we’re on a tropical island. They were tiny and not very overwhelming. It was great to have an air conditioning type unit in each area. It’s a great location everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this to anybody going to Puerto Rico. One little sidenote, my daughter absolutely loved the ice cream shop across the street. And the convenience store on the corner had just about anything we needed.
