"I have never experienced anyplace or thing like it. I stayed at the 1 hotel in Seattle and fell in love with it and the person I was able to become there. The staff at least in my experience were so friendly, respectful, polite, and genuinely kind + caring. Every staff members top priority and concern I encountered at least or was around/spoke to always was about how they could help guests with any and everything they could if they were not already doing so. Such as making sure guests were informed about events around town happening, local business deals available to you if you had booked through the hotel or other deals the daily open-close hours for the 2 in house restaurants that are available same level as the lobby. "

Great location even though the hotel is under construction accommodation were awesome. I booked a night earlier then expected but they checked me in had me ready to go. I will stay here again. "

"I knew going in that this was going to be "fine", but had no expectations beyond that. It was exactly what I expected for the price point. We needed a place to stay near the airport that had a shuttle, pretty much our only criteria for this stay. This was the cheapest option for the night we needed.
It was clean and quiet; comfortable enough but I've definitely stayed in better beds. Check in and check out were fast and easy. The shuttle was very convenient.
