"This was our first time visiting Puerto Rico, and we couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. My husband, teenage daughter, and I stayed at this hotel and were genuinely impressed by the beautiful grounds and overall atmosphere. Everything felt safe and welcoming, which allowed us to truly relax and recharge. The amenities were fantastic plenty of dining and shopping options nearby made it easy to enjoy our time without needing to venture far. The staff was friendly, and the property was well-maintained, adding to the sense of comfort throughout our stay. We stayed in a studio room with a king bed and a queen pullout sofa. While the setup worked for the three of us, the space was quite cramped. It was a bit tricky to maneuver around the room, especially when trying to access the patio door or sit at the small table and chairs. We found ourselves bumping into the corner of the pullout sofa more than once. That said, the overall experience was still wonderful, and we’d absolutely consider staying here again perhaps in a larger room next time. Thank you for helping make our first Puerto Rico trip so memorable!"

"The property was perfect for what my family needed. Everything was within a 20-30 minute drive. All staff members were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Alex the manager was readily available and provided us with different options for dinning and places to explore. The gate guards and security staff were also very helpful. We had a pizza dinner on our last night and we treated them as a Thank You! The Villa was perfect in size for our family of five. My husband, two boys and our daughter. The beds were very comfortable, it felt like sleeping in the clouds. Happy we booked with Lakeside Villa at Villa Y-1. We are definitely coming back."

"Se reservó para 4 personas y nos dejaron solo 3 toallas. Se llamó a servicio al cliente y no nos pudieron asistir!! Si buscan un lugar que esté full equipado, ahí no es!!! Pero si buscan algo de fácil acceso, y tener un sitio donde darte un buen baño y descansar, es perfecto!!! Buena agua caliente, buen a/c!!! Excelente ubicación!! Fácil acceso y muy seguro!!! Entrada muy bonita!!! La pasamos de maravilla en el pueblo y sus áreas turísticas!! Un pueblo con mucha historia!!! Si volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí??? Siii "

"The place is listed as sleeps 6. Yet there were only two bath towels and a floor towel. There was no toilet paper. I had to walk 4 blocks to buy some. There must be someone else on the same remote as the channels kept changing on the TV. The private parking lot is is 1.5 blocks away. Maps was not able find it as the address provided does not match the location of the lot. Probably the lot main office. The place was very clean. There is a food supply kitchen in the building with pans being banged around loudly until around 10pm. I don't know if it was a special weekend or not. But, there was a festival of some sort from Friday through late Saturday night in the six blocks or so from the plaza across the street. The crowded one way streets were a hassle to navigate even with Google maps. The key and parking fob instructions were confusing as they assumed we knew we were accessing lock boxes on the exterior of the building instead of a keypad near the door. Beds are well worn and sagging. Demand hot water heater needed turned on to the max and then ran for about 8 minutes at the shower to get warm. Hot just about the time you finish your shower. "

"Perfect for the intended use. Clean and peaceful. Not hot water but it was warm enough to allow a good shower. Recommended for short stays like 1 or 2 night. "
