"Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was decent. The staff was very helpful and nice. The pool was a little questionable and the hot tub didnt work but my kids still enjoyed it. The area appeared safe and was conveniently located for the places we were visiting. "

Room was kinda old/run down, but at least the a/c worked. Found multiple roaches in room however, super not pleased about it and completely ruined my mood. I understand it’s a budget hotel but come on. "

"I have been trying contact them about the horrible stay to try and get a refund but of course nothing. Any complaints they blame third party rental agreements

"Everything was great I was super bummed out that the pool was down cause of broken pipes or something that the front desk guy said, but other than that I didn't see bugs at all like the other hotels around here do. It was clean and perfect stay"

"The rooms are dated but were clean and comfortable. The kids loved the big pool and the hot tub was super warm and nice. The arcade is very small but still ok. There are animal statues and palm trees on the property and geese everywhere. It was quiet and close to shopping and eating."
