"The staff is really nice and friendly the breakfast was delicious and you can repeat if you want. The breakfast staff really friendly, nice and helpful. Over all is a really good place close to the main street and shops very convenient where is located."

"This was an absolutely wonderful hotel! Staff were marvelous. Food at the restaurant on its gonnasite was excellent. Bartenders and casino staff onsite or excellent. Area was excellent. You can get anything you want. Quick drive to Lake Tahoe, Virginia City, Reno not far either. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. "

"Very happy with this unit. It's very nicely decorated, spacious, and has ceiling fans in lieu of the a/c. It was cool enough to keep the sliding doors open for cool, fresh air. "

"The staff is friendly and helpful. I felt safe staying here. The room was big and clean. The beds are comfortable. The location was very good we were able to walk to nearby shops, restaurants, chocolate champagne. We only had 2 hand towels in our room. We called the desk and towels were sent up quickly. Didn’t really care for the shower water pressure. Overall we had an amazing experience at Ballys"

"Medium sized refrigerator freezer combo in all rooms. Definitely worth it when you have freezer needs compared to all those “mini” fridges where the normal hotels don’t work or are non existent. "

"We enjoyed the stay at the Marriot facilities. My son had fun in the pool. The staff was very kind and accommodating. From the initial interaction with Valet to the front desk and cleaning staff, everyone made you feel welcomed with friendly greetings and a desire to make sure you were enjoying your stay. "

"The hotel was in a good area. Walking distance to 2 beaches. And right across the road, there was direct access (via stairs) to the lake. Walking distance to several restaurants including the Idle Hour (a wine tasting place with the best charcuterie board) and Heidi’s Pancake House. The pool/ hot tub area was very nice. No complaints!"

"The hotel located at heavenly village, walkable from heavenly gondola and the shops at heavenly village. Very convenient, lots of restaurants nearby. The room is clean and pretty good size. We enjoyed our stay."

"Overall experience was very good. Near lake tahoe I dont think there are very modern facilities in CA side. This is an old building but the rooms are well maintained. One small tight Elevator. Parking is tight for big cars if you want shaded garage spaces. but open parking is also available. Rooms are Big and spacious. Bathrooms are clean. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. "
