"Our stay started off very badly when we arrived around 11pm and the face recognition did not work to allow us entry. It took us an hour to sort out, trying to get help from the whatsapp helpline. The doorman did not speak English, and I tried using google translate to translate what i was saying into Portuguese, but he refused to do the same back. The person on the whatsapp helpline would not speak to him on my behalf either. For this reason I would avoir staying here again. Inside the apartment the bed is very small and the bathroom is tiny. There is a stale smell in the apartment. The toiletries are good, this is one of the only good things. Its located very close to the train/bus station which is good, but after dark it gets sketchy with lots of homeless people around the entrance and across the street. "
