"Every employee we encountered was very pleasant. Hot tub and pool were fun. You can have pool noodles and diving toys, just no balls due to their sprinklers. Rooms are kinda yuck. Floors stained, sticky, and such. Just old. Beds are comfy though. Mcds right next door. Would stay again. We don’t need fancy dancy to have fun :) "
"Overall the room was comfortable but is in desperate need of repairs/renovations. We had a whirlpool suite that needed repairs to the tub and shower. The shower nozzel shot water everywhere but where it needed to go. Our window leaked when it rained. Also we only had one remote for two tvs. The staff was amazing and accommodating. "

"Cassundra was very accommodating for my family. The night before our arrival I had called and inquired about adjoining rooms for my parents and I so that they could help with our little one; Cassundra graciously took the time and came up a solution for us. After our check in, she quickly inquired to ensure that we were given a crib, which hadn’t been, and she, within minutes, delivered one herself. Then, lastly, through their text feature, I was able to add an additional night to my stay and not have to change rooms. I sincerely appreciate her going out of her way to make sure that our stay was enjoyable, this was our first hotel stay with our toddler, and her kindness and flexibility definitely helped to make it a success! 10/10 recommend and as such I look forward to staying at other Hampton Inns in the future!"
