"My son and I went to check in and I noticed that the whole place was in disarray. There were windows broken and boarded up. We checked in they walked us to the room.we went in , I see that the beds were broke, and there were dirty diapers on the floor, I refuse to stay there and asked for a refund. They said that they would. That emailed a receipt of zero charge to my card. And I had to find another hotel . This was absolutely the worst experience and am very disappointed . "

The only complaints I would have is not having a complimentary breakfast, and some areas the carpet was lifting and wrinkling and creates a trip hazard. "
