"My room was very comfortable, with a beautiful "park view". I appreciated that the AC unit, until the HVAC in many hotels, was quiet enough that I could sleep.
I had supper and breakfast in the Bistro; the food was delicious.
All the staff were wonderful.

"This is literally a brand new hotel right in the middle of downtown Dayton. It is in the arcade building, a historic building that has recently been brought back to life after 25 years being closed. It’s very nice inconvenient. The staff seems very excited to be there."

The internet offered did not work. This hotel chain had apparently recently been purchased and is undergoing reno. I think it's bad business to continue using the facilities in a state of despair while undergoing reno. It should be closed during reno. And it is false advertisement to offer amenities that are not truly available....

"So for the type of hotel, it is which is just a three star or more. It did really well. Everything was working. Everything was functioning properly. Nothing looked a mess. It was a very good simple clean place to stay for the night. The staff was amazing.
