"It literally took 30mins for check-in. No one was at the front desk for 20mins and it took 10 for him to get me checked in. I had to walk up to the third floor twice because the elevator was out of service and shower looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned. Aside from that, the hotel is very nice."

"The stay was really nice. My friend and I were there for a concert so we were in and out. The staff were really friendly and even gave us a package that shows us what’s around. The only thing I would say was bad was that the bathroom sink’s drainage wasn’t working so we had to brush our teeth and wash our face/hands in the tub :/. Other than that it was a great stay ! The airport shuttle was also great bonus and I loved that they had breakfast in the morning."

There are enough activities here that I could stay a week and never leave the facilities. All the staff were pleasant, when I got there and when I was leaving someone offer to help me with my suitcase!

"We loved this place! Beautiful property with a sandy beach and sitting area by
the seawall. We had a 2 bedroom condo style with full kitchen, dishwasher, dishes, the total package. Our balcony overlooked the water and pool area. Loved the bar/restaurant attached to the pool. We could visit with friends while watching the kids in pool. Safe area in a quiet neighborhood with lots of parking.

We also appreciate that the bathroom felt large and that the toilet was so separate from the living space. We appreciated how quiet the hotel felt and the scale of the hotel was just what we wanted - more boutique, not overwhelming. Staff was friendly and helpful. The close access to a seemingly private beach was awesome! Unfortunately didn't have time to eat on property, but the hotel bar/resturant looked nice. Would stay again."
"The parking was good and it's nice it was on the corner of busy roads. It was close to the arena we were going to for a concert. The lobby smelled amazing (air freshener). The staff was nice. The pool was nice. The window view from our room was great. The only thing that wasn't great was our order at the coffee place in the lobby was wrong (we ordered cold, not hot). She was too busy for me to ask her to correct it, and we couldn't even drink the coffees. They were disgusting. Wasted $14. "
"It was a great location! About 10-15 minutes (depending on traffic) from downtown Tampa, so convenient. Busch Gardens was literally a couple blocks down the road and the Yeungling Center was, also. There are great dining options and some good shopping, too. I really liked that the pictures of the motel matched the real life version. The pool are was stunning and felt very tropical and relaxing. We loved the oversized chess set and cornhole and the swinging chairs. The room was also as described. We had everything we needed and the beds and pull out couch were comfortable and not lumpy. Everything was kept well and clean and neat and the staff were kind. The complimentary breakfast was also good, just get there early. There’s a decent selection of food to choose from that will fill you up until a late lunch in my opinion. My check in and check out were efficient and quick and I liked that, too. Even though the roads were always busy, it felt quiet and we could actually relax and it was safe. Thank you guys for making our stay a truly great one! I absolutely recommend y’all to anyone looking to stay in the Tampa area."
