"The lodge is amazing, the room was comfortable. There was no ice available unless you got it from the kitchen due to the ice machines being out of service. Our fridge in our room broke while we were out for the day so we lost the few perishable items we had in it, had to get a new fridge. The TV remote didn't work properly, nor did the replacement. Overall the staff was very receptive to our issues and worked to resolve, no staff complaints at all! The food in the restaurant was outstanding...

We just stopped on the way to Arkansas for Christmas, but now we decided it will be a yearly stop. "

"The place was cute and homey, but internet & TV didn't work each night. Had to notify owner who tried to help, but it took a long time to get it on. Tuesday & Wednesday were not able to get internet or TV at all. Maid came over to address problem, but she wasn't able to get it on either.

"We didn't have any problems checking in. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind even though our check in was after 10:00. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very basic and outdated. The shower head was literally sticking out of a hole in the wall. The chairs in the room were very wobbly and felt like they would break at any amount of weight. We did enjoy the stay, however. It was good for the price. "

"The cabin was very clean, it sat right off the main road but you dont even notice once you get back to it. The covered deck had amazing views and very peaceful watching the thunderstorms roll in. We even had 5 to 6 deer walk through and was able to set and watch them graze through."

The hotel is of course old (1905) but is charming and well maintained, our bed was very comfortable and we had a nice jacuzzi bathtub in our room. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
"Great place to unwind from the world. Once you enter the cabin, the world is not a thought as the cabin is beautiful. Every detail is taken care of to the best standards. The cabin is fully stocked with a kitchen, entertain system, jacuzzi tub, balcony with a grill and a great view of the lake area. On top of all that there is a great dock area for swimming, boating, and fishing, The staff is easy to talk to and very helpful. Will stay again in the future. Great Place!!!!"

"This property was ideal for my family of four. The location was ideal for location. It was far enough from downtown to be away from the loud noises and crowds, but close enough to be able to walk to within five to ten minutes. There was a guaranteed parking space for us in their private parking lot. The couple who ran it were great to my teenage children. They showed off their pet animals. All of my family really enjoyed our stay here. If we ever go back to Eureka Springs, we will definitely try to stay here."
