I lived there for almost 20 years in P Pines not far from the hotel.I went to FL for business, to visit clients, and decided to visit some friends I know very well in the area but I had no idea that Grand Palm was so a terrible place to stay
"We were given a room in the 5th floor when we checked in and there was a palm tree in front of the balcony that blocked the view. The next morning, we asked for a better room in the higher floor and Briana was very helpful. She was able to secure a room in the 9th floor for us with a much better view. The crew helped with luggage transfer and everyone we encountered was just friendly, courteous, and helpful. We loved the pool and the easy access to the beach, especially when travelling with kids. Can't wait to go back!! "
