"This was not our first stay at this property however this stay we were able to use the pool and enjoy the breakfast that the hotel offered. The breakfast had hot food items, a cereal and oatmeal bar with various toppings/mix-ins. The pool was sparkling and clean. The jacuzzi was a great temperature and the jets were strong. Overall this stay was immaculate.

"Dominique at the front desk went above and beyond to take care of my family. Her service alone saved our stay- we booked a room through hotels.com for 5 people, and to our understanding, we would be staying in a room with 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. This was not the case. Hotels.com did not properly list the accomodations at this property. As a result, the hotel staff was left to pick up the pieces. Fortunately, we were lucky and the outstanding staff and management quickly accommodated our needs. Super impressed with this team and will return solely because of the customer service we received! Will not be booking through hotels.com again...."

Diane was great at check-in. When our TV system wasn't working, she came to our room, personally, and tried to fix it. It didn't get fixed till the following evening so she gave us a small discount on our room. It was great to feel heard.
There were some nice choices for the breakfast. Very convenient.

"Our stay at this hotel was amazing. While the check-in staff were just ok, everything else more than made up for it. The room was spacious and quiet, providing a perfect place to unwind.
We had a great experience at the restaurant every time we visited, consistently good food and service. The pool area was incredibly relaxing, and even when it was busy, the staff remained attentive and accommodating. The spa was a highlight-absolutely fantastic.
